Not at Escapade this weekend, which is only the third time in nearly 20 years of attending. It feels very strange to see people posting about the con and not BE there, and I'm missing a lot of people terribly. But needs must, and all that.

11. Hail, Caesar!--Highly entertaining. I enjoyed all the references to so many different kinds of movies and actors, it was great, though I did wonder how much enjoyment someone would get who didn't know that era of Hollywood. The Veil--Basic plot: Film crew want to go back to the scene of a cult mass-suicide ala Jim Jones (and not even trying to hide it, since the character is named Jim Jacobs and played by Thomas Jane) with the sole survivor.
