It makes me think of the good old days

 One quarter of a century.  That is how old I am today.  Difficult to believe, but I suspect this feeling of disbelief will only grow as I age.

Today finds me in Madison, WI, where I have been for the past year, and where I plan to be for the next several.  I'm still in the physics PhD program; I've finished most of the coursework and am researching
