Chi Running my way to a sub 6 hour Half IM...

In the never-ending quest to shed time off of my runs, I took a Chi-Running clinic with some friends of a couple of weeks ago. I read the book before attending, but after working with the instructor, it really began to click.

After you handed me my ass on last week's ride, I'm a bit surprised that I'm a faster runner than you ... but I did a Chi Running clinic when I first joined GGTC, and I feel like it helped me quite a lot. I read the book and watched the video, too. Highly recommended.

I'm not too surprised :) I've seen all kinds of runners sail past me at different events, and you've been training hard.

You probably would have caught me if the ride was another 5-10 miles - I think you rolled past the parking lot about 5 minutes after I did. I tried to see how long I could keep Andreas and his group in site as we climbed out of Petaluma - that killed me.
