Potato patties

I bought a bag of frozen potato patties. I tried cooking them in the frying pan. They just cooked on the outside but didn't cook on the inside. So what I did was I poured some sunflower oil over them and deep fried the bastards. That worked like a charm. I think they are very healthy for me, because potatoes are healthy, and sunflower seeds
