Sick.
Today I am sick. If I were to be honest with myself I have been getting sick for weeks. Today I just gave in. Well actually just before midnight, I gave in. The treadmill 5K
I've now done 3 treadmill 5K runs. I like them. Today's was the best yet though. I did the run averaging something like 5.6 miles per hour so I completed 3.23 miles (there is a 2 min cool down) in 34min 29sec. Meaning I did the 5K at a .9 average incline in 32.5 minutes. How to address worry in your kid?
A week or so ago, Matt was trimming our cedar hedges in the back yard, some of this work involved a ladder. Wade and I were playing on the deck (in the back yard). It was hot. Pi
Recently I baked a rhubarb pie as a gift. It went down a treat for my new neighbors. In return, today the brought back my pie plate with a beautiful berry pie baked in it. In between I had a bit of a revelation about Pi.

Remembering Me.
