I want Edwards for AG so bad I could scream. Clinton as secretary of state...hmmm, I hadn't considered that! Need to give it more thought.

My new theory is that it will be an Obama/Edwards ticket and that was the promise Obama made to Edwards in order to get him to drop out of the race so that Obama would pick up his votes.

I like your theory though.

I don't think Edwards brings enough votes to the table for that particular ticket. On the other hand, he'd be a kickass AG!

It seems to me like there's been a lot of bad blood between Obama & Clinton... off the top of my head, I have this recollection that folks who competed (seriously) in the primaries rarely give each other jobs if they get the presidency.

I think there tends to be some serious deal making toward the end. I can't imagine that either of them would let personality get in the way of ambition!
