Well, it took a hell and a half, but the new CPU seems to be working.

'Tis the hotness, I assure you. Now to re-install all my crap.

That means it's time for me to put my new computer together. Wish me luck. If you hear from me again, it means that something did not, in fact, explode violently.

Now all I gotta do is cram 1 semester worth of missed work on account of studying for this thing and pure laziness (mostly the latter). There's also the minor issue of, you know, a dissertation, but that'll happen in due time.
