Sunday morning phonecalls always bring the worst sort of news.
My elderly family friend passed away last night in her sleep. Im completely devastated. I spoke of her a lot at the end of 2007, she became ill and had to go into a care home for respite. Yesterday it rained, it rained a lot. Then the rain froze from about 4pm, so by the time I left work the whole place was an ice rink.
