20 Years...?!?!
Today LiveJournal congratulated me on the 20th anniversary of the creation of this account. Where in the FUCK did twenty years go??? I'm almost afraid to look back on past posts, because I know they are full of moments I'm sad have passed so quickly. Perhaps I will start posting here again, but I make no promises.

New Therapist
Today I have an appointment with the "Senior Mental Health Nurse" at my GP clinic. It's the intermediary step to see if trying some CBT-type therapy will help before I go back to the medication route ( Read more... ) -

The Friday afternoon slump started two days ago....
I still don't like many aspects of this new laptop. (New: I think I got it in June(ish?).) The biggest problem is that the touchpad is actually too large, and gets in the way when I'm trying to use the keyboard. If I'm not careful my palm touches the pad, and then the mouse moves around, often causing the screen to start scrolling. There's ( Read more... ) -

More pain
