 I am currently in Cedar Park, north of Austin, proctoring a mock SAT exam for Revolution. It's actually a great gig - good money, easy to do, the only problem is it lasts like 4 hours and I have to sit here doing nothing while keeping time for the test-takers. National Novel Writing Month 2009 came and went without a post by me. I covered some thoughts about it in Stacked, but really what I did was I just wrote and wrote til I was done. A lot of random things going on. A few weeks back Hannah and I went to the Melville Harvest BBQ and had a spectacular time drinking absolutely sensational wine and eating great food. Psych is going very well. It's a fun show to work on, a lot of opportunities to put your mark on it and make it better. There's a lot of new responsibilities I have in addition to cutting dialogue (which was all I did at Uni), and a rather steep learning curve and set of challenges to it. This is very cool. In last week's episode of Psych you can hear a member of the loop group (like background extras for sound, added into scenes to make them sound more populated) shout out my name. That was an epic ending to the game. EPIC. Even though the majority of the game was terrifyingly ugly, the ending was sublime, and will go down in Trojan lore for generations to come. Holy crap. Fight on and all that!
