Gewehr 43....nice, although a rare item.

Yeah :(. I saw one that had been completely messed with. The stock had been cut/sanded, it was missing the cleaning rod, buttplate, and sight hood. The guy wanted fricken 2 grand for it. I have seen sniper Gew43 rifles for 2500+ dollars at the big gun shows. Not many around. It's funny how in the 60's they were selling for like 30 dollars a piece.
