I saw the recruiter today. He answered the questions I had. He told me stuff I need to know. I have to score a minumum of 50 on the ASVAB test so I went to Barnes and Nobles and picked up a study guide for it. I took a practice test at the recruitment center. He said that I need to score a 45 on it because people usually score 5 more on the full ( Read more... )

Be careful because they do le. Their job is to get you in...tell me all they say. I can tell you f they are lying. Also take what you want, job amd language. Don't let them talk you into anything else. You're in control not them.

Also if you join get the Thrift Savings plan. as long as you are in money from your paycheck will go to this for a retirement plan.

Oh try to come in as on E-3. See what they need in order for you to do that...don't take nothing for an answer either. Girl scouts and college, or grtting others to join will get you in. I'll be home in Aug if you want me to go with you to straighten them out...just don't tell them I'm in the navy...we'll say I'm a cousin or something.
