Sorting, tweaking, naming, and tagging 1100 photos is a lot of work. I've been working on it for an hour here and an hour there. I'm finally getting somewhere. The collection of photos I'm going to keep is now down to 395 (sounds like a lot, but it's only eight photos for each day of my trip!) Haha. I'm back of course. I haven't written anything since several days before I left. I find myself using facebook to communicate with friends on a more and more frequent basis. It's just so easy and convenient. This requires more time and is less rewarding. Fewer people read things and comment on them ( Read more... )

Since I've caught up watching Survivor and South Park, I've turned to watching a couple episodes of the Real World: San Franisco, which were all recently put up on MTV's website free of charge. I haven't watched any old episodes of the Real World since probably the late 90's so it's a complete trip to be reminded of what the TV show was like then. ( Read more... )
