and if you have a housewarming party, maybe have it during the day and dont put out too many drinks, people drink less when its like 2 in the afternoon lol

Good idea. I think I'll have mostly "grown-up" parties. Since me and boy are almost at our year, our families are getting more and more involved in things. I think I really don't want many people over, cuz I want the silence and privacy so bad.
