Hee!

Bob is Ted. Dan's just confused and there's a silly one-liner in the next part that feeds off of the mistake!

Oh, dear, and so the end is coming. Poor Dan. Poor Justin. Still, though, I stick with what I've said before. Justin's a dramatic and passionate person, and his relationship with Brian fed that passion on every level. As much as he loves Dan and Dan loves him, things are missing that he's used to having, used to needing. And Dan's own doubts aren't going to help keep them solid in the face of Brian's machinations.

Dinner at Deb's was hilarious. Dan did a pretty good job of keeping up, and everyone was rock solid in-character. Dan thinking Ted's name was Bob almost made me hurt something laughing. All of it was just priceless. I do wonder what Debbie said to make Justin cry, though.

Thanks for the kind words!

And Dan's own doubts aren't going to help keep them solid in the face of Brian's machinations.

Or, perhaps, Dan's lack of doubts!

This was a great(!) chapter.

"You ever put, like, a murderer's heart in a regular person, and then they turned into a murderer too?"
You write the best bitter teenagers ever! And that's so a question that anyone would want to ask, but is too afraid of coming off stupid.

You had your chance, and God knows Justin's over it, so I am not about to consider..."
Yeah, right. Just keep telling yourself that Dan. Dan is such a douche. He's just annoying. He doesn't deserve Justin.

next time you make a move on him, try not telling him he's responsible for his mother's death
Yeah...Ok, I guess Brian doesn't deserve Justin either. But Brian's always been an asshole so...Justin's probably used to it by now.

Dan couldn't help the sudden thought that the whole scene had been orchestrated by Brian Kinney.Duh! Doesn't he get it?! Dan's just a Brian substitute until the real one can pull his head out of his ass long enough to get Justin back. He should be having complexes concerning Brian. That's who Justin's gonna wind up with (that ( ... )

1. I dislike Dan. He's way to square to be with Justin.

2. I dislike the person Justin is, while with Dan. It's like the real Justin is being suppressed by the squareness that is Dan. And graphic art? *shakes head*...that is a Dan job, not a Justin job.

3. Who's Bob?

4. When are B/J going realize they are meant to be together forever and Dan falls off a cliff?

2. I don't know if I dislike this Justin. But why he gave up what he always wanted is heartbreaking. I can't wait to see why or when he realizes graphic art is not him. It's an illusion.

I always love Justin, but there are things about him that I don't like right now. Especially letting Dan answer about his current career path and how he seemed to defer to Dan at the dinner. I thnk that's the wrong word, but something in his interaction with Dan was off. I'm not sure I can blame them on Dan (as much as I want to), but part of the problem is this is the only way he's known Justin. Now that his eyes are getting opened I'll see how much of a problem he is.

I agree. Justin seems to be compromising himself too much and Brian can see it.
