The year that the Hunt won
For various reasons, this year's hunt was not the best year my team's had. A few things were bad luck, but I think the big issue were endemic to this Hunt overall. Although the team whose name was the full text of Atlas Shrugged found the coin, I think it's equally fair to say this was the year that the Hunt won.

Already planning the next vacation
Thinking about going to Comic-Con next year with E. It's been on my list of things I've vaguely wanted to do for a while, and finding someone else who also wants to go tipped the scales. Anyone else interested? -
Japan, afterwards
I had a great time in Japan (aside from the heat and humidity), but at what cost? Japan is pretty pricey, and while I avoided splurging on much, I didn't try very hard to save money either. These numbers might help someone thinking about visiting Japan.

Japan, Day 9
Aside from the weather, the trip to Japan went fairly smoothly - we did most of the things we wanted to do without running into any problems. Nothing's perfect, though, and I did finally have some minor issues on the last day of vacation.
