... that island is so beautiful! Especially when you skip all the main tourism sites in the South and keep to the North and the Nationalpark. We had a great time and the weather was perfect, too. Will try to post some pictures on the weekend.

Wednesday night I was at the premiere of 'An Education' at the Berlinale. What a great movie!!! I really, really recommend it. It's an interesting story - Nick Hornby did a great job with the screenplay - with great actors (even without Orlando Bloom *sniff*). Next Saturday I'll do something kind of drastic: I'll end my days as a blonde. I dyed my hair blond in the summer before I started my biology study and now that I'm finishing it in the next weeks it's the right time for something new. So I have an appointment with my hairdresser to transform me into a brunette. I just hope that will look somewhat

Since I'm not sure that I have enough time tomorrow to use the PC, I use the opportunity to already wish you days full of joy, eating, time spend with loved ones, and nice gifts!

My best friend brought the first season of TW and we spent Saturday night watching it. I had pretty high expectations since I love 'Doctor Who' but I have to admit I'm kind of disappointed.I mean it's not bad, and I like the humor, the Britishness, and the crossing of the usual boundaries in TV for same-sex-relationships, but at least in my opinion ( Read more... )

Don't know what got into me but last week I watched the new episode (at least for Germans) of 'Criminal Minds' on TV and I was totally amazed. I ran to the video store and rented the whole first season. And I'm so hooked! It's nail-biting thrilling and all the characters are great.
