Castle Ep. 409 "Kill Shot"
Okay, I just want to take a second to talk about Castle. In particular, episode 409, "Kill Shot," which I just finished watching today.
Castle is generally a bit of silly show. But when it does veer sharply into the more dramatic side of things, it does a good job of it. Case in point, Beckett's shooting and the aftermath of it. I love the fact ( Read more... ) -

HAPPY CANADA DAY!
Going over to my mom's place for burgers and to watch the fireworks, then tomorrow morning we're heading out to my grandparents' cottage. I'm excited! Hopefully my nephew can stay up for the fireworks.

Mass Effect 2
I haven't played it yet, but apparently I will be. Bioware is feeling generous, free PC copy for having bought DA2. I'm kind of completely excited! :D -

Okay, so when I said I didn't care about the game I wasn't lying... right up until I went out and bought the game. Has anyone else played it/is playing it? I just finished my first play through and I enjoyed it immensely. More than I was expecting to even. Isabela is still my favourite. ♥ -

My current job is as an office bot. I do document prep for files that need to be scanned. Most of it is really old files, stuff from the 60's, 70's and 80's; appreciate the backspace on your computer, there are some creative ways people came up with to 'fix' pages they typed wrong or decided to change later. I just burnt my pizza pop all the way through. The inside was black and hard. I need the weekend to start yesterday. What the hell, since when do I completely forget I have food in the oven for over an hour?
Well, off to bed. I just have to survive work tomorrow and then I'm good for a few days! -
