That is beautiful! There's such a lovely innocence about your little flora-creatures, and this one, with the delicate petals wings, has even more of it.

I've had a portrait of Tuvok in mind for a longish time and I've made a lot of preparations for it and thought I'd get it done today, but then I had a really nasty argument with my mum that kind of sucked out all my energy to bigger project all together.

But I did watch some late season episode Riddles and managed to muster up some sort of cohesion for a small portrait in the same general easy style I've done couple times over the month already.

Though the big Tuvok-project might be pushed back indefinitely.

I hope you get the energy back to work on your big project before too long.

I know I'm always going on about expressions, but I'm always very impressed with art that can convey emotions. Tuvok looks to either be concentrating intently or in pain or both.

Don't know the character, but that's a wonderful strong face, a lot of character compressed into those spare but beautifully judged lines.
