Monday - Woke up early, had a lunch meeting. Went to jeffs house, worked out until 5. Ran a mile, then went to dinner. Went back to jeff's and worked out some more, before running a second mile. Collapsed around 12:30 at my house.
Tuesday - Woke up around six, worked out. Went to work at 7:30, was there until 4:30. Had a Navy meeting at 6:00,
