So far the diet has been going well. Been hitting up the gym 2-3 times a week, karate wednesday and fridays. I've been eating 6 meals a day and I'm more regular than the Japanese public transport. So last night I went out to a friend's snack bar. I thought it'd be chill and that she'd hook a whittie up. I made sure to only drink one coke and I got charged 6000 yen. Yup, that's right, 6000 yen for one mother fucking coke. un-fucking-believable.
