You know I've lived in France for most of my life? Strange when you consider we came over here when I was ten to stay just one year. We didn't expect or want to stay more than that but circumstances prevented our escape departure. So, despite everything, France is where I've parked my boots for most of my life. Fic : Untitled Faith thing (5/?) (FR13)
Here's the next chunk. It was written while I had a fever, so it might not hold up well, and it raises more questions than it answers but it ultimately does what I need it to do to move the story along. The next bit will be all about providing some actual answers.

I am still sick. This has been one of the longest times I've ever spent under the weather. It's not as awful as it was even a few days ago, but it is far from good and that pisses me off ( Read more... ) -
Re: absence
Apologies for going AWOL these past few days, but I'm still pretty sick. It's getting a bit worrying, really. I mean, I know I'm a natural hypochondriac at the best of times but 9 days of fever and nausea is a bit serious, right? I'm going to have to go to the doctor soon. It's not something I relish. Getting slowly better. Spent the day groaning and doing edits. Added a large chunk more. Will attempt to post tomorrow, unless I throw up my lungs in the meantime. I hate being sick. Ugh. -

I'm having a bit of a night at the moment. First time I've been sick in a few years. Fic postponed for the evening. I can't see straight to make the edits. Tune in tomorrow for the (ir)regularly scheduled update. TTFN! -
State of the nemo
Just got done with a day's work followed by an exam at night school. I am thunderzonked. Yes, it's a word! I did get some writing done during lunch. I'm not sure whether to do a small time skip or just keep things flowing as they are. It's a toss up at the moment. We shall see how things develop.
