About You

Name/Nickname: Krew.
At naruto_rating you were stamped as: Naruto, but I dunno if he fits me or not...I was stamped as Kiba in another rating comm, so take your pick. XD
Three words to describe you: Honest, Optimistic, Fun-loving
Likes: Books, music, coffee, travel, optimism, daydreaming, nature, history, science, sleeping, writing, anime, manga, summer, shopping. XD
Dislikes: Pessimism, narcissism, being dragged away from a good book, drama, not being able to help people, rude people, smokers, headaches, paranoia...
Strengths: Honesty, and I'm willing to listen, even if I don't look like I am, loyal, intelligent, well-read, caring, generous, and I think that I can sometimes read minds, and I keep having senses of deja-vu, like I've done something, said something, or been somewhere before. And I know I dreamt it. But I never remember it until it happens. I think on my feet pretty well, and I like to think I'm funny. Because I have a decent, sarcastic, sense of humor. But then I come out with a really bad joke and everyone groans. =D
Weaknesses: My laziness, and tendency to procrastinate; I can be a bit moody sometimes, and I swear that I'm a little bi-polar. I daydream at the wrong times, and sometimes I feel like I'm 90 with only a few years left, when I'm really only 17 with (hopefully) another 70 left. Blech.

In A Teacher--

The type of Teacher/Sensei I hope to be is: Fun, but still able to control a classroom. Or team. Whatever. I want my students to have fun while they are learning. I want to encourage them to ask questions when they don't understand, and help their fellow students.
The type of Teacher/Sensei I don't hope to be: I don't want to be seen as surly or mean. That's not me in real life, and I don't want that persona in the classroom.
The type of Teacher/Sensei my students would see me as is: : Honest, and (hopefully) a capable teacher. I want them to be able to come to me with their problems, if they are really having trouble with something. I want to be seen as friend and mentor.
Things you'd like to have your students learn from you: Teamwork, and a sense of humor. You just have to learn to take things in stride.

Scenario-Time

You're told you've given a team of slackers. Your three students that you're supposed to teach "the ninja way" just won't get motivated. How do you handle this? Find out what makes them tick. See what they like to do. I'd incorporate the lesson in what to them seems fun.
You've got two of your students who just can't seem to get along. They pay more attention to fighting each other than you - how do you handle this? Give them both time-outs. I want them to think about it, and handle the situation maturely. Time would be more productively spent learning than fighting.
What's the first lesson you would give to your students -- think of Kakashi and the bells Something that does involve teamwork, yes. You have to work with people your whole life--you have to be able to cooperate, and take hits for the team. And you need to get along with people.
Your students won't listen - how do you handle this? Blowhorn. =D
What would be your deciding factors to entering your team into the Chuunin Exams? How well they've developed since I've had them, and how well they work with each other. I'd want to keep them for a while before entering, and perhaps give them a trial run. If I've done my job right, then there has been some major development in all aspects of their training.

Anything else? Nah, that'll do me.
