Can anyone please explain to me what exactly is happening in Myanmar? Why have we never heard of this country before? If things were so bad for so long, why have the protests started so... all-of-the-sudden?

Free DVD Player
If anybody needs a free DVD player, let me know; I have an extra one I'm trying to get rid of. I'd rather it go to someone else than toss it. It doesn't do upconversion or anything, but it's in perfect working condition. It's a Toshiba.
