I've actually been back for a week or so now. And what did I do to start things off? Get sick. Apparently a bug started going around while I was out and I got it within the first three days. Just a cough really, but it's a rather annoying one.

Whelp. I finished Mass Effect. The story is great, the characters are great, and relatively well developed. The actual plot of the game is short, there is a lot of sub-quest fun to be had, though they can get a little repetitive. They still ahve story to them, but they're rather irrelevant. Stitch (the cat) has been using my bed for a scratching post for a while now. This wouldn't have been an issue if she had stuck with the futon underneath, but she went fo the air mattress, which she has finally popped. SO! Now I'm in the market for a real mattress, it seems. Whee. Computer got here, issues with mobo I think. Powers on, shuts down about 15 secs later, with everything but the PSU disconnected. I've been meaning to upgrade, but it's still crappy, I was going to use my old bits for an HTPC, now I need to get a system board for that.
