C gave me a list of categories for writing New Year's resolutions in. I tend to want to keep goals minimalist, otherwise they get overwhelming (unlike C, who is a goal maximalist with I think she said a hundred and nineteen goals sorted into these categories), so for me this was an interesting exercise in filling each category with one goal kept ( Read more... )

new meds! as of last week its 300mg bupropion, 6mg estrogen, 18mg concerta. took myself off mirtazapine last month, started the concerta this week. dropping the mirtazapine was pretty easy and didn't seem to make a difference mood-wise. so far i'm getting the stimulant side effects of the concerta -- mild nausea, dehydration, headache, no appetite ( Read more... )
