So I heard there's going to be a party or something at the high school, and I was kind of wondering.

[The first thing Shilo notices is the sunlight falling over her face.

She hasn't opened her eyes yet, but the light wakes her and warms her and turns the inside of her eyelids a foggy orange. She frowns and rubs her face.]
