4e, D&D, & me
I'm vaguely looking forward to 4e, in a mellow "oh it'll be interesting to rebuild my campaign around this ruleset" kind of way. I'm leery of the changes to fighters and combat, I guess - Book of Nine Swords really didn't do anything for me except look confusing; yet another subsystem for a DM to learn and more minutia to doublecheck the players ( Read more... ) -

It's very quiet around here today. M. & Kiri are at a vball game, and my mother actually asked to take the dogs up to camp with her this weekend (she asked for Pippi, actually, and we guilted her into taking Rosie). She loves how much they love it, and she and Pippi are "best buddies" when they're up there. -

Insanely cute...
...is when your baby takes your cell phone and presses it to her ear. And tilts her head. And does it repeatedly, making it clear it wasn't a mistake.
Oops, she's just discovered the music player buttons. :)
