I'm glad Obama won. But I'm not ecstatic. Now, he's got to step up and prove himself. And that's going to be hard. Very, very, very hard. I don't think Congress, or even (dare I say it), America in general has a real sense of discipline and sacrifice anymore (with the exception of the people in service, great patriots, so on and so forth). I got an HP all-in-one a quite a few years ago. It worked great until Windows upgraded XP to Service Pack 1 - and then some little quirk effectively disabled the scanner. D&D - Hypothetically speaking...
...if you were going to break or organize D&D levels into 4 tiers, what would you call the first (levels 1-5) tier? right now I'm going with Hero (6-10), Champion (11-15), and Legend (16-20), for the upper tiers, but I'm stuck on the initial one. If you pick up a pair of baby socks and think, "oh, how cute", they won't fit Kiri. No wonder she can stand up so well. (I don't have massive feet, but they aren't petite either. I'm always amazed at how small M.'s feet are - her shoes seem like little doll shoes to me.) -

Handy Household Tips
Incandescent lightbulbs subject to alot of vibration or bounce don't last long, as the repeated movement causes the filament to break. You can buy "tough" or "heavy duty" lightbulbs, with a thicker filament, but they aren't worth the money. Buy fluorescent lightbulbs instead; no filament to break. -

I've got 4 out of 6 Iron Heros characters essentially/completely done for my one-shot game. Hopefully I can knock out the other two tomorrow, or at least the hunter and some monsters, and then I'll feel much more ready. The spiritualist might take a little longer.
