I received another unemployment deposit today, so I'm going to relax, at least for now, and assume everything is ok as far as that situation goes. Now, assuming this is such, I'm going to head up to the unemployment office on Monday with three certificate programs I'm interested in. Wish the update could be about happier things, but I need to vent. So, after losing my job with Dollar General I went directly to file unemployment. It took about a month before I found out Dollar General was saying I quit, not that I was fired. This very well may be the case as how things happened are kind of confusing ( Read more... )

I just applied for what could be considered as one of my dream jobs. Here's hoping I at least get a call for an interview... I need all the thoughts, prayers and good luck I can get.

So, as all of my friends already know, GameStop fired me about two weeks ago. It seems I'm not quite done working for the company yet, though.
