It's three thirty in the morning and I can't sleep because my back is killing me. I went to a doctor yesterday and to a chiropracotor for some electrical stimulation to the muscle and some quacky snapping back into motion crap. The doctor injected the muscle with depomedrol and gave me some flexeril and darvicet, but so far nothing seems to help. I ( Read more... )

Kristen was suppose to come home today to clean Murli's house for $75.00, but through lack of communication (her cell phone was lost) I ended up cleaning it myself. I took Adderall today with aspirations that I wouldn't be hungry, but my body must have gotten use to it because I've been eating all day. Pretty bad when you eat lunch and a half hour later you have a zone bar for a snack. I can't seem to get into being hungry, yet I hate the fat rolls on my back more than anything. I can't seem to get out of this overeating rut. It's not that I eat a big amount all at once, but I'm like the cow that grazes in the field all day. Even when I go to the grocery store, I'm grazing. It's another work day for me and fortunately the weather is seventy five degrees and sunny. I have six little boys ages three and four. I think I'm getting too old for this.
