We got our return in today and we are 'trying' to be good and pay off debt so we can get a bit ahead, but I really wanna go shopping!

I am getting ready to leave for Jefferson City to pick up my mom and aunt. They went to the prison to visit my uncle and my mom has gotten so sick she can't drive back and my aunt does not drive. I am very worried. My husband has to call in because we have to bring their car back. Not a fun way to start my day.

So. Daniel did send the boys both to their room last night from the table. Then he went and talked to them. Logan came out and said he was sorry and could he have a new bowl(they have a bad habit of smothering their food in BBQ or ketchup before trying it-working on that, just did not  catch it in time...)so I gave him a new bowl and he ate it. Mom is in a regular room now. They are in the belief that all of this stemmed from her Lupus. She is scared and lonely. I have not been up to see her since Friday because I am sick...upper resp. infection. I found out. Went to the dr and got meds yesterday. been in bed since sat. feel better today(they gave my vicoden for the pain in my chest, it ( Read more... )

They took Mom off the vent today. So far so good. They said they don't know any more about the tumor right now. The antibiotics were not helping her, nor were the steriods. So they have put her on an antifungal medicine. They don't want to do any other procedure until she regains some strength ( Read more... )
