Ewwww

Women of a certain age should not wear pink, frilly underwear. Or at least, for the sake of my eyes I should never have to look it. Oh my eyes! Oh my head! Actually, scrap that, I think I could cope with seeing pretty much any other teacher in pink underwear, with the possible exception of Professor Snape, but Professor Umbridge... no.

I'm trying ( Read more... )

I'm really quite glad I didn't see that.

You should be! I wish I hadn't! I am scarred. I want to scourgify my brain.

Oy. That is horrific.

Not as horrific as your hair. No, wait, scrap that. Almost as horrific. You still looked rather pretty with neon pink hair after all. I'm fortunate to have escaped. I knew there was an advantage to being a self-serving sort not remotely concerned with running about chasing bad guys and improving the state of the world.

Even thinking about it makes me wish I could pretend people only exist clothed.

When you recover, I am sure you will feel very differently about that.

I knew there was a reason I dropped DADA.

I think a few people would have done if they'd known what would happen. But it was good last year! I liked Professor Moody, even if he wasn't real.

He not only wasn't real, he also wasn't who you thought he was. How could you like someone who was only pretending to be someone you liked in the first place? That's like saying you like the actor who plays your favourite character in a play, even if you don't like him, only because he has that role in the first place.

I just mean he was a good teacher. I liked DADA classes with him, he knew stuff and the classes were interesting. I know he wasn't actually who he was supposed to be, but at least nobody regretted taking NEWT-level DADA last year.
We were all lured in by Professor Lupin I think. He was brilliant.

Really, really should have thought of that before giving Bletchley that trick wand. Well, on the plus side it's a very effective contraceptive method for all the horny young lads and lasses out there. I think I've just been put off for life, mate.

I don't want to be put off for life! I want to have sex! Lots of - ok, too much information Barney, cross that out.

Thank you for sharing that, Barney. Should I set up a roster?

I agree 100% with everything you've said, mate. And I'll have to add, as a non-Slytherin who, for some strange, unexplainable reason, fell on her good books, that being a favourite of such a biased "teacher" is not that pleasant either.

I think I'm scarred for life. I'd kill for a Memory Charm right now.

A memory charm! Yes! I'm guessing we won't be able to get Obliviators out here. Anyone else any good at Memory Charms? Maybe I could just get a bludger to the head instead.

I could kill Bletchley.
