We love McCoy a lot. We watch Law and Order all the time!

Jack McCoy is awesome! He's (one of?) the executive assistant district attorneys. Sometimes I miss Ben Stone, though. I *heart* him!

P.S. I admit my legal ignorance. When is a murder not a felony?

Hehe, never. I wrote that b/c it's what came to mind, but actually felony murder is a murder that occurs during the commission of a felony (such as a bank robbery).

I was, at the time, thinking "felony" (the department) and "murder" (the kinds of cases he tries). :-)
