I got an email reponse from Dr. Batey, who's now the graduate chair. It sounds like I will have to reapply, but that means that I can reapply for my transfer 11 hours (meaning bibliography and some other assorted extra classes). I am seriously thinking of taking my Ohio Bar in February, and if all goes well, the Tennessee Bar in July. I will have to study and see how similar the exams are; MBE will be done once. I'll have to somehow take BarBri for TN as well... but it might be worth it given what I want to do and the fact that Nashville is an afforable music center ( Read more... )

Well, I have four hours to write an 8 page max memo for adoption law. I can do it....
BA at 130. Book is tabbed, outline is ready. My goal is to have this memo done by 11. There are only 4 cases to use...
