From what I hear from other co-workers I'm not surprised my doc is leaving, in fact I'm surprised I got a solid fifteen months out of him.

So Bobda and I get back from NDK. We come back and our electrical outlet works for a few minutes then it stops. This is the outlet that our entertainment center is hooked up to. Bobda checks all the breakers, nothing's tripped ( Read more... )

Well.. today was the first day that I felt like I was eating with any regularity.. turns out that E. coli was probably the culprit.

I don't think I'm going to be eating any chopped fruit on a buffet line for awhile.

I don't know if what I had was food poisoning per se.. (I haven't had a chance to ask people "Did the chili make you sick?") but the symptoms were basically the same. Today I've felt better, though still exhausted. I have managed to eat a few crackers and some grapes. I've just been trying to drink and get rehydrated after yesterday.

Yesterday was Bobda's last day at Hastings. The two of us plus two of his prior co-workers went up to La Fonda in Artesia and had a really nice meal and we had a lot of fun just chit-chatting and BSing.
