Last night I tried Pilates.  I think I really like it.  The instructor was very funny and really nice, telling us not to push and if we couldn't do it that was OK.  Lots of other instructors are like "go, go, push, push."  I guess it is a different type of exercise though.  He's also VERY gay, which is fun, because you end up in some very awkward ( Read more... )
