Another interview today, and I don't think it went particularly well. Well, we'll see how things turn out. I may decide to say fuckit and go to the bar night tomorrow. And not drink any alcohol, since I have to drive home, but whatever. At least I won't be alone, sitting around playing games or just sleeping. -

My contract is terminated as of July 1, and if you counted up all the procreation done by every living being in the entire history of the universe, it would still not even be a noticeable percentage of the fucks that I do not give. -

Sleepless Sundays are the best sundays. I feel like a monkey has shat in my skull, and I get to go to work and do a full day at a place that is firing me on the 30th.

Have felt very off all day. Started out lightheaded, probably due to no dinner last night and no breakfast this morning (Famous Dave's for jay's birthday yesterday, Hiro Sushi for mecha's birthday today) and the situation improved after dinner and a quick malt from DQ, but I still feel... off somehow ( Read more... ) -

The new window AC unit still cannot manage to get my flat below 78 degrees. It is, however, cool enough to sleep well, which I did last night, and will do again in a few minutes. -

I just blew 200bux on an 8000 BTU window AC because it is fucking hot and I want my apartment to be cold instead. In the first ten minutes it was on, the temperature in my flat dropped six degrees. It's going to take a while to get lower than that, but I can deal with that.
