Recipe note to self
Proper gochujang paste for bibimbap, to try:
Gochuchang Paste (seasoned red pepper paste):
4 tablespoons gochuchang (available at Korean grocers)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 teaspoons sesame oil
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well. -

I have been tapped to tell the "Story for All Ages" at our contemporary service on Sunday. The service is being given by the Celtic Coyotes, so of course it will be Celtic. He's Leaving Home
My little brother is leaving. Tonight I'm taking him a pizza and helping him and his girlfriend finish packing the truck that will take all their worldly possessions to New York. He'll probably leave in the morning, and I won't see him again until Christmas ( Read more... ) -

Thanks to everyone for their empathy. I'm at school now. Everyone is low-energy and grumpy, but I feel a little better anyway. It's hot though. My friend got her awful ex to back off. Tomorrow will be better. Sorry for the telegraphic style, I'm due at a meeting in 3 minutes. -
