.17: "Failure is a dress rehearsal for success"

Right, I'm tired of this. We can post whatever we want to in these journals, as long as we are aware that it can have legal and/or spiritual repercussions. There is no reason we can't take as many quizzes as we want, share as many quizzes as we want, and make as many posts as we want to share those results in. If you disagree with that, you do not ( Read more... )

I am so glad I could be a help to you, dear friend. A lamb loses her way easily if she does not have other sheep with whom to discuss the way. You have helped me so much, I am glad I could give a little back. Hooray for figuring out who you really are and being honest with yourself! If only everyone could be so enlightened.

Oh, Dean, I can't thank you enough for what you have done to help me. I know there will be wolves along the way, but I can make it through; the lamb is stronger than she looks. I hope I can set an example of honesty and acceptance for others. We must know ourselves before we can really know each other, and you've helped me to find that.

But my other life does want me to let you know that you're very cute, and he would've liked to know you a little better.

He was a bit promiscuous.

Oh yes, I know you are a mighty lamb, brave and strong and wise, a lamb with the heart of a lion! We truly are a good pair, we go together like yin and yang! I do hope we can set an example for others through living well and being good human beings.

Your previous incarnation is a very interesting individual, you will have to tell me more about him.

YEAH, EXCEPT THAT THE SPIRITUAL REPERCUSSIONS ARE YOU'RE CRUSHING MY SOUL WITH THESE QUIZ RESULTS, AND THE LEGAL REPERCUSSIONS ARE I AM GOING TO GET COMPENSATION FOR THE MEDICAL TREATMENTS.

If you had actual, necessary medical treatments resulting from my-- and only my-- quiz results, I would of course compensate you.

This, however, is not a quiz result. It is a colour bar. It represents me. It is not generated by a quiz.

FINE, FINE, YOU'RE ALLOWED TO BE A LESBIAN, BUT ONLY THIS ONCE.

In this one lifetime, or just in this one instance? Because I'm going to be a lesbian the rest of this life, you know.

Check your email.

This still doesn't redeem your posting of quiz results on some aesthetic, scientific or artistic level, though.

Apology accepted, and I'm sorry for posting things you found pointless. I wasn't trying to bring down our House at all. There was some truth, though, in that it stated things people already know-- I obviously have been strongly influenced by Buddhism, love the environment, and have passionate beliefs, so it was redundant to remind people of it through a quiz. But I thought first displaying the Buddha result would help me slip in that "Granola Dyke" thing. A little step out of the closet, if you will. Does that make sense?

And absolutely, it would be very different if it was her. And after what happened with Bosie, I really think I would prefer a much less demanding, flighty, and self-absorbed lover, whenever the time comes that I wish to pursue someone. I do feel sorry for our friend.

I sort of figured that was a possibility, but really felt that, because it's such an artificial and capricious subdivision of the category (and since anyone can take the test; apparently I am a Magic Earring Ken Dyke), it still was not truth on the level of the Fixed Point Theorem.

I think I am confused. So you're not actually wanting to pursue the girl I mentioned who is not the evil harpy?

Yes, you aren't a Magic Earring type.

No, it's not that I don't want to pursue her at all. I didn't mean that. But I'm not ready for it yet since I don't have any sense yet if anything could come of it, so I don't wish to attempt it yet.
