Back to the dentist for the first time since last year. Boo! I forget this place is still here whenever I fancy saying something in more than 140 characters. I had a whole thing about religion, sin and the subconscious knocking around my head this morning but the mood has left me now. @twigletsrool if anyone wants to follow my twittering. 50th follower gets a free peanut.

I have a numb nostril - and a temporary cap where my horrible manky tooth was, back next week to get it finished.

No pain today, except from the dried gunk from the casts he took which I had to peel and comb out of my beard, managed to get most of it out without looking like I'd had my face waxed.

Another thing about Rochester: it has a noticeably large population of orange-faced women. It's a bit like visiting a hospital that has a world-leading burns unit.

Just back from the tooth-mashers, two fillings filled, back next week to put me cap on. Wish I could say it was easy and painless but the second filling fucking hurt like mad as he was doing it, made me wonder if he hadn't numbed the tooth enough or had put the injection in the wrong place ( Read more... )

Went to the dentists' this morning, need to have two fillings and a cap plus two taken out, not so bad after twenty years of disgraceful, horrific, appalling, neglect, there's not much left of the two that have to go anyway.
