It's been four months. I still feel like shit on a daily basis. . Just better at hiding it. Pain is different now. Everything else in my life is great and then painful stabs of memories shoot into my gut. Take zero enjoyment from cooking and eating dinner as just reminds me of him

So it's my first weekend in the flat as I've been back to Essex for things the past couple of weeks. It also just so happens to be the weekend before pay day.
