1 Cup Vanilla Rice Milk
1 Cup Fresh Orange Juice
1 Scoop Muscle Milk Vanilla Protein Powder
Toss in blender and you have a YUMMY Creamsicle Protein Shake.

I've been playing Scrabulous on Facebook with a friend when I can't get to see her. Our last game sucked. This one? I have six letters in my tray and one blank.

Yummilicious.
Step 1: Take some large green pitted olives.
Step 2: Cut a hole in the box... Wait...
Step 2 again: Take some ground beef and chicken (presumably cooked already) and grind them up into a coarse paste.
Step 3: Stuff the paste into the green olive.
Step 4: Bread the olive.
Step 5: Deep Fry.
Yeah, I'm in a happy place tonight.
