Went to the Vitamin Shoppe yesterday with Vegas wife looking for training supplements.

Me: Woke up at 7:45. 7:58 eat last night's leftover pizza.

Well, technically in nine and a half hours I will be getting on a plane, having breakfast in LA, and landing at Dulles around 6:30 PM.

Ok, I want the bars out NOW.

Just did a 7 mile run. 5 miles in, I started coughing. And I mean PAINFUL coughing.

Got home, took off my shirt.

I bruised a rib.

Visibly bruised. Right on the lower bar. I want them gone. Maybe it's just that I used to not push my body so hard. Maybe it's that I have less body fat to cover them. I need this to be
