Where I live is rather conservative, socially and politically.  Thus it is no surprise that there has not been a strong LGBT community in the area.  Tonight was, I think, the first political meeting to start support for gay marriage for the state around here; there is of course such things happening in Seattle as well.  The meeting was happy enough ( Read more... )

The only thing I thought I might have a chance at being passable at was being a friend, but apparently I can't do that, either.  You know what?  It's cooler outside, anyway.  Tomorrow morning I'm moving back out onto campus--I miss the trees and the ground.
