Sorry to hear about your knee Hun :( Do you know which ligaments they were? And by tear did you mean like tore completely or maybe half way? Because if all you need is some therapy, it couldn't be that bad. Painful, however, I know. Ick. Been there, done that, of course. Except in my back.
