because i am crazy, i am working two doubles this week -- 6-2 at my full time job, then going to 2-10 at my prn place.  i am planning on lots of caffeine but i'm still worried that i won't be able to handle it. :/
how do you stay awake, energized, etc when working doubles? any tips?

gotta love the burn your employees out before you help them out aspect of nursing home jobs... I had to "apply" for a new shift when I'm already the float nurse in the building, not even a per diem float, a full time float who works every single weekend just to be at 32 hours (I was hired for 40)! then they gave the permanent spot to another nurse ( Read more... )
