On my floor, we wanna expedite our handoff report time....Sooooo I was wondering how you guys do handoff? What's the average time? Do you do bedside report? Do you only give report to one nurse? How many patients do you guys have?
Do you use kardexs?

It seems that I am turning into a hospice nurse. It's not by choice though. On the 2 40-bed units that I float between (total 80 res/pts) we've had at least 10 go to the Eternal Care Unit in the past 2 weeks or so. It's starting to look suspicious ( Read more... )
