She remembers the Elvis impersonator telling Tony that he may kiss the bride. Remembers Tony's hands coming up and cupping her face. Remembers him slipping his lips against hers so softly, so gently, kissing her once and then again, and again, until she wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him back for all she was worth.

SORRY. LONG ITALICS SECTION, BUT I FELT LIKE I HAD TO QUOTE IT FOR FULL EFFECT. Even my cold, cold porn-driven heart has to love it. Also, Tony getting married in the Brass Rat. Also, the law firm having two associates with their boots on the ground for this. Also, signing over Elvis's crotch.

Um, YAY. They got married by a false Elvis and Tony meant it, and Pepper has lawyers permanently stationed in Nevada and a media censorship protocol in place for whenenver Tony gets married in Vegas. Do you know how much I. LOVE. This? I repeat: YAY.

I can't remember where I got the scan itself, but it was a scan of The Invincible Iron Man #1. Still sad that we didn't see Tony's reaction to it, which I can only assume would have been awesome.
