it's easy to maintain your weight if you stick with the good habits of eating healthy & regular excercise
I'm about 153cm? I've shrunk actually, didn't even know that was possible but i have this wall at home where i've marked how tall i am over the years, and i'm like 2cm shorter then i was 6 or 7 years ago
OMG I cant believe thats you! but you were so young then. Everyone goes fat while their young.
I was fat when I was a kid.. then I hit puberty and i went really boney. Year 11 I went to a size 10 and when I first started working thats when I put on the extra kilos.. (all that extra money and buying lunch etc).
Now im back to normal but my family doesnt want me to go down to a size 8 like before and neither does bruce. =( Oh well Im doing this for me I suppose right?
The last photo is fine I think its perfect weight?
im scared to do one of these posts.. I keep pulling back im so embarrassed =(
I was a chubby kid too, i stayed chubby all the way till about year 5 ot 6, and yr 7-10 i stayed average, after year 12 after HSC all i did was eat and net & sleep didn't go out
You're a size 10 now right? Borderline 8 on the top? You have a small upperbody. Do this for yourself !! It feels great when you try on all your old clothes and see the difference in size!!
Like i said as long as your doing it the right way - through healthy lifestyle change then it's not dangerous for your h ealth but guy's like a bit of meat on their women i doubt you will turn into a bag of bones - that would only happen if you staved yourself

wow babe i'm so proud of you for losing those kilo's! alot of girls complain about their weight for years yet they don't do anything about it...all they do its whinge & complain on their blogs. but yeah! GOOD ON YOU!

i'm sitting around 48-49kg depending on the days, but since winter's arrival i've been letting myself loose :[ must get back to gym soon!
You're a shirty like m e aswell yeah around 155cm?? It's hard for us shorties cos once we gain abit of weight we look chubs straight away cos of our short stubby legs i HATE my stubby legs i'm hoping running will slim them down alot
You don't neccesarily need to go to the gym it's about eating right and like walking alot even if its around your block
my bf lost heaps of weight and he doesnt even go to the gym he just cut out sugar/fats out of his diet, ate smaller meals and goes running & stuff

yeah my diet is really bad, there's no routline or anything, i just eat whenever i want and whatever i want...*sigh i really need to control myself.
